Love Clean Streets App - 'Report It' on the go

The Love Clean Streets app can be downloaded from Play Store or AppStore. The Love Clean Streets icon should appear on your mobile device. 

 

Digital Services have now added all the remaining categories from the Report It website – so that all highways issues can be reported via the app. 

 

This includes all of the following:

·Damaged sign

·Damaged bollard

·Damaged bus stop/shelter

·Footway problem

·Flooding/blocked drain

·Gritting

·Pothole

 Obstruction

·Road debris

·Road marking

·Roadwork enquiry

·Streetlight

·Traffic light

·Trip hazard

·Vegetation and trees

You will also see some emergency categories, such as a collapsed road, missing manhole cover and a diesel/oil spillage have been added to the app. Whilst you can't directly report these on the app, information will signpost customers to the emergency phone number. 

 

Please use the app to report any highways faults you may come across. The reports will come to our highways team in the usual way, but you will be able to keep track of your reports via the app.
